As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Human resources team.You will join the legal department, being part of a multicultural team. We are recruiting a Legal & Compliance Officer to support the growing activity on an international perimeter.You will play a major role in the legal department, and you will be responsible for the following tasks: Handle and answer personal data request or complaints from individualsDraft and update internal policies and procedures related to data protectionDraft and negotiate data protection agreements (clients and suppliers agreements, NDAs etc...)Provide assistance to managers in answering clients tenders on data protection questionsLegal Research & Legal Monitoring & Legal MappingsPerform internal investigations to map any new data processing, maintain up to data the records of processing, perform Data Impact analysis in collaboration with the internal client when necessaryPerform country risk analysis on local regulations and suggest corrective actionsDevelop and perform various data protection trainings for internal clients to raise awareness about data protection Profile Requirements:Pursuing a Master’s degree in law school, a specialization in data protection is valuedProactive and self-motivated. Ability to detect risks and drive topics independently;Ability to navigate into large organizations and collaborate with internal clients and external contributors at all levelsGood oral and written communication skills in French, EnglishGreat ability to do efficient reporting to managers and Group stakeholders;Accountability and reliability, high responsiveness;Being curious and open-minded."Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
