Client Management Internship at American Express Europe

The successful intern will join the Client Management department , collaborating very closely with colleagues in the area to achieve objectives, analysis of databases, and direct contact with clients. You will also be in contact with other departments and areas of the company both locally and internationally. The involvement within the department is very broad, and implies understanding the processes, relationships and metrics, the ability to request information from customers being essential.Training Objectives:Become familiar with the contact with clients to request documentation on Knowledge of the Client (KYC), analysis of said documentation and report of the results.You will learn how the department works from within, giving administrative support to the American Express sales team.You will receive training on how to cross information, as well as communicate with other areas of the company and with external clients.You will participate in the support of alternative projects that the team may require.You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other areas within the company.Candidate skills :Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and by phone with internal and external customers.Ability to capture customer attention and persuasion to achieve information gathering.Analytical, methodical, organized and able to work autonomously.Orientation to work for objectives.Graduate/university graduate (Finance, Marketing, ADE...).Good level of English.Good knowledge of office automation, especially Excel.
