Expires tomorrow

Do you strive meeting new people, being creative and are you a person who gets things done? Are you a SoMe savy and strong communicator? Then keep reading and consider joining our ambitious HR Development team in KMD as our new student worker in Employer Branding – and hence join the largest software company in Denmark!

About the student position

As our new Employer Branding student worker, you will become part of a dynamic Development team of dedicated HR professionals. We are all pretty awesome – and have an informal work environment where we help each other succeed. We are a team of 10 including our manager who is Head of HR Development and part of the leadership team in People & Culture, the business unit we belong to.

We work strategically, smart and creatively to attract and retain the talent KMD needs to fulfil our vision of being the preferred Nordic provider of business-critical software solutions within selected sectors. In the team, we have high ambitions and strive to tell the good and authentic stories about our company and workplace.

As our new student worker, you will have your own areas of responsibility in addition to helping ad hoc on diverse activities.

These tasks include:

  • Help plan and execute various events and initiatives to support our overall employer branding strategy
  • Collaborate with Danish universities and student organizations contributing to building KMD’s brand awareness
  • Support and help drive our EB stories online, on both SoMe and internal platforms in close collaboration with our colleagues across the People and Culture organization
  • Be the face of Employer Branding in KMD together with the team, engaging with colleagues and building a network to activate in our branding efforts
  • Potentially become responsible for supporting our Student Network across our four Danish locations, providing structure, overseeing budget, and helping mobilizing events.

We would like you to start mid-June or as soon as possible.

Application deadline: 19th of May

Working hours will be approximately 15 hours a week. We are flexible during exam periods as well as which days you work. We all work from home now and then, but also appreciate to meet in the office.

About you

You prefer to think for yourself, you are proactive and a diligent doer. You love a good laugh. And you would rather be busy than bored. You work in a structured manner, are flexible and appreciate being part of a team.

In our team we speak both Danish and English, so you are comfortable speaking and writing both languages.

You are most likely studying for a bachelor's degree in communications, HR management, marketing or similar. Maybe you have a different background but have experience with branding, HR communications or external communications for a large corporation. Most importantly, you are curious, eager to learn and ready to assist with multiple tasks.

Sounds cool?

Well, we believe it is. If you agree, then send us your application no later than the 19th of May. We will be conducting interviews continuously so do not wait until the deadline.

If you have any questions, you’re welcome to reach out to Employer Branding Senior Specialist, Julie Schrøder Poulsen, on +45 2224 2170 or via email: FGM@kmd.dk.
