As HR Operations Specialist you are part of our P&O (People & Organization) team and together with the team you will secure a great associate experience for our North Europe associates in five countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland).
One of your key contributions will be to secure the accuracy of all P&O data. You will provide qualitative reports, analyze data and generate insights that are the foundation for our People Strategy.
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Relevant work experiences whereof at least 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resource Management
Ability to navigate and leverage systems/digital tools with ease, experience with Workday system is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities
Ability to work and interact effectively with all organizational levels and a diverse associate population
Eagerness to bring the various aspects of P&O operations to life in excellent quality
Great oral and written English skills, preferable knowledge of one Nordic language
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ensure smooth people operations in close collaboration with Associate Relations Managers, Payroll Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partner
Manage data processes and reporting in our people system Workday, key user of Workday system
Ensure accuracy and reliability of all P&O data/ associate related documentation
Ensure operational excellence of rewards and benefits processes in partnership with our regional Rewards and Benefits teams. In charge of the relationship with the external pension, healthcare and benefits providers
Support P&O projects e.g. our Health & Wellbeing agenda
