Within Banca Generali S.p.A., the unit Financial Statements and General Accounting is responsible for all activities aimed at ensuring correct and timely accounting of business operations as well as all activities related to the preparation of the Bank's and consolidated financial statements. It also performs in outsourcing on behalf of the Banking Group companies, for which there is a service contract, operational and administrative activities related to the preparation of the financial statements.

The ideal candidate will be required to look after the following activities:
  • providing support in the preparation of the financial statements
  • providing support for monthly reporting activity
  • providing support in the ordinary activity of accounting and reconciliation
  • conducting daily checks on accounting

Must have:
  • Degree in Economics
  • 2+ years of experience in Auditing or Consulting firm
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Proactively identifying and delivering improvements to processes
  • Relational and organizational skills
  • Teamwork attitude and proactive approach

  • Results oriented with a focus on quality of delivery
  • Problem solving
  • Enthusiastic, well organized and team player
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal, within and outside the team
