Deloitte’s ServiceNow practice is growing, and we are looking for Technical Consultants to join our team focusing on advising and implementing technical solutions ensuring they are scalable, extendable, and reusable.

Technical consultants in our team develop (configure and code) client solutions and is responsible for the implementation of best practices and quality development. The technical consultants will work closely together with the advisors and participate in all technical aspects of the ServiceNow development lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaboration with technical teams to develop state-of-the-art solutions, provide expert advice and insights into the platform to configure, and improve ServiceNow configurations.

By joining our team, you will become part of and contribute to our shared success. You will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations. Key responsibilities and tasks will involve

  • Provide leading practice technical insights and recommendations within the full ServiceNow stack, and configure, develop, and improve ServiceNow configurations
  • Be actively engaged with customers in technical as well as business settings
  • Solve technical challenges across multiple ServiceNow domains and applications
  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions on top of the ServiceNow platform
  • Participate in core agile ceremonies and documentation (user stories, sprint backlog, sprint reviews, etc.)
  • Develop/Configure access integration components (SSO, LDAP)
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other 3rd party tools and applications with use of web services-based techniques (APIs)
  • Prepare client facing and internal technical deliverables

You have the following skills and experience

  • You are graduating or have recently graduated from a computer science education that combines software development, IT, and digitalization with business understanding
  • You are passionate about modern technology and its applications in the business world and have a strong willingness to learn about the applications of ServiceNow
  • You are tech-savvy and have experience with coding (preferable JavaScript)
  • You can translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements
  • You are familiar or have insights on enterprise architecture, IT strategy, IT Governance, ITIL, Agile methodology, service design, project management
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
  • You must have the right to live and work in Denmark.
