We are looking for a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Diagnostics team in Spain.
What You Can ExpectRole Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perfect knowledge about how to create sales plans to identify and develop key accounts for long term sales growth.
- Demonstrate the understanding of Hologic product line and its benefits/solutions to potential customers.
- Manage all sales process with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
- Support existing and potential customer base in order to facilitate sales growth.
- Balance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Consistently achieve Sales Plan and maintain Expense Budget.
- Participate in trade show and customer gatherings, completing appropriate paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain customer database with up to date information on site visits and customer contact information .
What We Expect
- Experienced in Sales, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Medical devices industry knowledge more specifically diagnostic background
- Natural communicator, able to build meaningful relationships with your customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Natural hunter, always looking to close a deal and for new business.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills including ability to utilize Hologic business ap
- plications, basic Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications, with minimal need for assistance.
