ABOUT THE ROLE

As student assistant in Employee Legal, you will support the Employee Legal team in providing first class legal advice and support to KMD Group managers, including subsidiaries. 

 

Based at KMD’s headquarters in Ballerup and reporting to the Head of Employee Legal, you will be working closely together with seven other colleagues in the Employee Legal team. 

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will consist of:

 

  • Supporting KMD managers and employees regarding matters related to employment and labor law and other HR related matters
  • Preparing and processing a variety of employee related documents e.g., employment contracts and addenda, etc.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating various legal templates e.g., employment contracts, addenda, HR policies and employee handbook
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Support of KMD Group managers and HR Business Partners regarding matters related to shift agreements, senior days of, or other terms connected to the IT collective agreement 

 

ABOUT THE TEAM

In Employee Legal we are both HR supporters, Legal Counsels, and a Health & Safety specialist. The team consists of seven team members of whom two are student assistants.  Our workdays are characterised by both high pace and spirits and great team collaboration.

 

We are a well-functioning team that takes prides in having fun in a busy workday. All team members take ownership of own assignments including the student assistants with ample opportunity for professional sparring.

 
ABOUT YOU

It is required that you study law or business administration & commercial law and you have preferably passed the first two years of your education. It is expected that you have interest in employment and labour law.

 
Moreover, we are looking for:

 

  • A team player 
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility to deliver the best service to the business 
  • Since you will be working in an international environment, it is required that you speak and write both English and Danish
