Join a new team with high aspirations
We are looking for 1 student worker for a temporary position (September – December 2022), but with the possibility to be extended. You will be part of Milestone’s Channel Success EMEA team. Your main task will be to support the local sales team in Eastern Europe by contacting our re-sellers in Czech Republic. Here you will oversee pipeline creation and lead generation activities, Sales campaigns, and onboarding of new partners. You will play an important role and we make sure you have the best working conditions to succeed while you develop personally and grow your skills.
You will ensure outbound contact to our partners in the EMEA region, and we expect you to enjoy connecting with Milestone partners by phone and email as this will be your main task. You will not sell directly to end customers but instead influence and interact with our partners to sell our products.
- Handle outbound calling
- Pipeline creation and lead generation activities
- Follow-up on leads
- Sales Campaigns
- Partner estimation calls
- Onboarding of new partners
- Email correspondance
- Ensure a high level of data quality
- Track progress and document the results in Salesforce
- Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues
- Provide customers timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products
Preferred skills and competencies
You are an easy-going, well-spoken and ambitious individual. You speak English and Czech fluently and it’s a plus if you also speak further languages.
We expect you to be interested in learning more about solution-based selling. This is not ordinary transaction-based sales! We would like you to understand the value of stakeholder management and data quality and we are ready to teach you.
