You will be joining our team in Delivery Excellence, where you will work with 21 bright colleagues, who provide various services and deliverables in DTS to optimize and support our business and customer experience. We are a diverse, dynamic, and high performing team with an informal working atmosphere, who are passionate about driving transformation and standardization for KMD and our customers.
About the job
In the position, your main task as a Student Delivery Manager will be to ensure deliveries, project support, reporting and invoicing to critical customers in close collaboration with our Health and Infrastructure team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in exciting cross-cutting projects to build and improve internal processes and external deliveries to our customers.
Your tasks will therefore include:
- Initiate, coordinate and drive SRQ, Incidents and Problems to ensure deliveries and stable operations
- Ensure activities in the monthly wheel
- Tasks related to continuous development and preparation of service reporting
- Tasks related to monthly invoicing
- Ensure data extracts to analyze and validate monthly results
- “Data wash” to ensure quality and correctness of CMDB
- Assist Delivery Managers and Projects managers in various projects related the specific accounts
- Partake in cross-cutting projects in Delivery Excellence

You are currently pursuing a university level degree in business, economics, IT, or similar, and you have a beating heart to pursue a career within IT. Preferably, you are in your 3rd or 4th semester of your bachelor. We expect that you have a strong can-do attitude to be able to engage with exciting tasks and senior people in KMD.

- You can communicate convincingly to both internal and external stakeholders

- You are fluent in Danish and English and a strong user of Excel and PowerPoint
