Do you have a passion for creating crisp, engaging content, mainly for social media and other digital channels? Maybe you are our next Corporate Content Creator at Lundbeck!

You will join our Global Communications and Public Affairs team and work together with our team of 13 colleagues based in Denmark and many more internationally. In your new role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content around our purpose of restoring brain health. Our channels are varied, and every day is different – one day you could be conceptualizing a social media takeover by one of our researchers and shooting vox pops for our intranet, while the next day you might support our CEO with a LinkedIn post and writing a crisp, short patient story for our website.

We strive for high-quality content in a fast-moving digital world, and you will have the opportunity to produce corporate content in different formats across our multiple channels: Lundbeck.com, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, BrainWeb (intranet) and Yammer.

Why should you be part of our journey?

You will be an active participant in our bi-weekly beat meetings, where we align and ideate on content together. Your responsibility will include working closely with teams in our international affiliates (country organizations) to identify compelling stories that show what we are doing to further brain health, and helping to get the stories produced, signed off, and posted where they will have the most impact.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Use your design and multimedia skills to create short videos and graphics to spice up our content and set Lundbeck apart

  • Use digital measurement tools such as Google Analytics to track communications activities, analyze results and produce reports with actionable insights

  • Support and help train senior leaders on using social media effectively and advising on the type of content that is engaging for their audiences

  • Manage our corporate LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube accounts in close collaboration with the Global Customer Engagement (Marketing) team

About you:

You are a creative thinker with the ability to structure your work and create high-quality content quickly and efficiently. You have an international, collaborative mindset, and you know that what works in Denmark may not work in China, so you adjust and guide colleagues accordingly. You understand the power of a strong brand and the importance of consistency across messages, channels, and geographies. You are a fast learner and are willing to try new approaches. You’ll do great in our team if you are curious about the pharma world, the brain and science. You’ll do even better if you appreciate the power of teamwork, and you’re outgoing and willing to take initiative and find opportunities to make our content stronger. You enjoy ideating engaging content concepts and seeing them through production by creating short videos, infographics and stories.

This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years prior experience in a fast-paced creative agency or corporate communications department. Some prior experience with corporate social media, strong multimedia skills and a flair for storytelling in English will help you to have a strong start, and we’ll help you develop even more with applied learning in these areas:

  • How to maximize Lundbeck’s brand and position a global pharmaceutical company across multiple channels through great content

  • The inner workings of a global Corporate Communications team in a publicly listed company

  • Content approval processes in a highly regulated industry and how to make the most out of strict regulatory framework.

  • How to best work across cultures and borders as part of a truly global team

  • New knowledge within brain health, the diseases we aim to treat with our medicines and our approach to premier neuroscience

You are a hands-on “doer” who gets the need for creativity, speed and frequency when it comes to digital content creation. You like to be in fast paced environment where you push yourself and others to excel because you’re continuously striving to make the Lundbeck brand more engaging and visible. You also know how to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and that speed doesn’t have to come at the cost of high quality! Finally, you would be joining an awesome team that likes to work hard and have fun, too. You believe that everyone wins by working together, and you understand that having every brain in the game leads to a greater output for Lundbeck.
