Your mission and how you’ll make an impact
Our team is supporting the Nordic organization to develop our management system within quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), food safety (ISO 22001), GMP and medical devices. As our next Quality Manager, you will, together with our Nordic Quality Manager, develop and maintain our quality management system (ISO 9001) with a main focus on our industry customers. This means that you will take care of our internal auditing, but also participate in external auditing and audit of our critical suppliers. You will also be trained in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in order to be part of our release team for medical gasses such as oxygen and nitrous oxide.
You will support our local sites in the Nordic countries with quality data, develop training material and train the organization to be up to date with our quality programs and policies. You will support our Sales Teams with quality related topics and questions from our customers as well as to keep track of trends, on which you follow up by setting up action plans and implementing improvements.
If you are a newly graduate, you will also have the opportunity to be a part of the popular graduate program Air Liquide Leading EXcellence (ALLEX). The ALLEX program will run in parallel with your employment as a Quality Manager and lasts for approximately two years.
During the program, you will have the opportunity to complete two international assignments (3 months each) within Europe and you will be a part of a network of our other ALLEX candidates from Europe. After the program, you will have a wider understanding of our Group and discover different ways of working across international cultures, which will further develop yourself personally, as Quality manager and potentially contribute to improvements in our team’s work and processes.
