The Sales Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast paced, exciting environment with a vibrant team to support you.
As a Sales Intern you will work in a number of functions across the Public Sector Sales team. This will provide you with a deep understanding of the workings of a Sales department within a Software Vendor leader in Enterprise Digital Transformation.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6 months you will work towards completing?
During your 6 months you will complete our Sales Onboarding Program. You will receive training and support to complete your assigned tasks by former Graduates, Mentors and your Manager. As you develop in the role you will become more accountable for tasks & will continue to be supported in taking on this additional responsibility. You will have been trained and know how to work a variety of systems and tools to perform your tasks including Excel, SAP and SalesForce
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
You will carry out,
- Territory analysis: data crunching within order log & better understanding of Public Sector organization (in order to discover new sales opportunities)
- Lead (provided by marketing) qualification & follow-up
- Leveraging partner ecosystem
- Draw with account executives and lead sales campaign
- Co-organization with Marketing team of dedicated events
- Revenue allocation
Your day-to-day work and specific deliverables will vary as you develop in the role you can expect the tasks to increase but will always receive the required training and support to ensure you are successful.
You will be an essential contributor to a vibrant team, you will require excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
What is the Leadership like for this Role? What is the Structure and Culture of the Team Like?
On your day-to-day role you won’t have any leadership role.
However as a member of a strong sales team committed to deliver consistent growth, you will have to qualify, follow and report on an accurate mode leads within short sales cycles.
Where is this Role Located?
Flexible: The location of this role is flexible. Work will be done from the Paris office some days during a week and other days remotely.
