Successfactors Functional Consultant Lead Specialist
We are looking for a SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Lead Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards
  • Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned with
  • Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project - Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project
  • Mentoring project resources
  • Lead overall architecture definition, and deliverables planning for project assigned

business consulting support to customers
  • Support and take responsibility for the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams
  • Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis
  • Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
  • Document business requirements and procedures
  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR or any equivalent is a plus
  • Previous experience in at least two implementations of SuccessFactors following modules (Succession & Development, Performance & Goals, LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding or Compensation).
  • Certification in Talent Management SuccessFactors modules
  • Demonstrates high professional standards as a team lead and ability to lead junior team members
  • Experience having worked as part of a virtual team
  • High level of English and Spanish are required
  • A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
