Qontigo is looking for a Salesforce Administrator that will support our Salesforce ecosystem, including integration with other business tools and applications. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and information technology colleagues to ensure the platform reflects an elegant solution that is easy to maintain, alter, and scale - this includes engagement with Marketing, Sales, Product Specialist, Support Specialist, Finance and Executive Leadership.This role must have a strong understanding of Software Sales, Sales Operations, Management Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Development Processes as well as experience with project management, data management, and administering training.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement changes on Salesforce ecosystem using best practices through standard and custom configuration.
  • Identify end-user and stakeholder business requirements; influence change and drive user adoption in support of an expanding Salesforce environment.
  • Document and maintain processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.
  • Provide recommendations for process and application improvements.
  • Initiate, plan and execute projects and other assigned tasks as delegated.
  • Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce and 3rd party application products, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with 6+ years experience in administration and analysis.
  • Experience with Lightning Sales Cloud, Lightning Service Cloud, CPQ, Einstein Analytics, Docusign CLM and Data Loader.
  • Demonstrated advanced administration/configuration and reporting analytics.
  • In depth understanding of software development and project lifecycles.
  • Experience with Jitterbit, or 3rd party integration and ETL tools.
  • Working knowledge of Appexchange packages and 3rd Party Platforms – Netsuite, Hubspot, DocuSign a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist in the creation of functional and prepare technical specifications.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to act with tact and self-confidence while also probing and challenging existing assumptions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields.
  • Apex, Lightning Components and Salesforce development knowledge is a plus.
