Country Director Romania at CYBEX GmbH


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and oversee plans, policies and programs in Romania and Bulgaria that will effectively execute the business strategies and objectives set by company management
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales & Marketing teams to maximise brand awareness, sales and growth.
  • Work out a comprehensive market strategy growth plan and execute defining sales and marketing strategy
  • Responsible for setting, measuring and helping teams to achieve sales and KPI targets within the region in line with company goals
  • Monitor and achieve agreed turnover and profit targets incl. regular reporting
  • Working collaboratively with the central Marketing team at HQ to identify marketing opportunities and roll out marketing initiatives with a key focus on maximizing sales potential and brand recognition
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region to further position the brands CYBEX market and maintaining existing business activities
  • Lead, control and direct all business development activities
  • Acquire and manage Key Accounts
  • Ensure compliance in all business transaction with local laws and regulations
  • Ensure that all employees are properly trained to provide outstanding customer service, have complete product and company knowledge and are able to act as ambassadors for the brands CYBEX.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • University studies of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Several years related and relevant work experience, preferably in the area of high-end cosmetics, luxury goods or related premium products
  • Experience in Key Account Management/Business Development, Brand management and Marketing activities
  • Experience in setting up new operations and developing structures
  • Proven track record in growing sales volumes
  • Extensive sales and marketing know-how
  • Strong business acumen and commercial leadership abilities
  • Leadership experience, if possible in an international growing environment
  • Experience with retail or wholesales or distribution market is ideal
