With more than 5 years of experience, you have been successful in an HRBP role in a previous job
You have an experience working with tech and IT populations
You are capable to support managers with employment law topics
You have been responsible for HR project with solid results of delivery in a changing environment
You can interact smoothly and efficiently at all level in the organisation
