We are looking for a Business Process & Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Sales Operations Team. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with the Regional Sales Operations Business Partners and will drive the key processes of the EMEA Sales Operations organization. With continuous exposure to senior leaders of the organization, the Business Process & Operations Analyst is a key contributor to the success of the Commercial organization by translating the strategical needs of the business into operational actions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead processes
Map and improve existing processes (including but not limited to quarterly business forecast, sales incentive design, sales target setting and achievements, SPIFF, etc.)·Be the EMEA voice of the Compensation Plan strategy. Drive comp. plan design recommendations, collect feedback from commercial teams, influence key stakeholders, provide trainings and ensure adherence to the global policy while optimizing the incentive plans·Interact with senior leaders to understand the needs of the commercial teams and implement actions and processes to meet those business goalsDesign and drive the quarterly schedule for the team, including communication within and out of the teamOrganize on a systematic basis post mortem / feedback collection sessions with SalesOps BPs as well as EMEA relevant people and our Global teams·Build strong connections with other teams to ensure we get the right level of support and appropriate development/tools to drive efficiently our processes·Be the EMEA voice providing feedback requested to/by other functions
Knowledge management
For people out of the team:Identify required areas of education that will help to improve the efficiency of our processes and the quality of the output;Design training materials (.ppt, deck, confluence pages…) and drive associated training cadence and maintain our public confluence space
For people within SalesOps EMEA:Map & refresh on a regular basis the current processes and best practices;Develop the Sales Ops EMEA knowledge management base, combining Sales Ops knowledge as well other relevant contents (products, marketing…)

Who we are looking for?

Candidates who possess:
  • BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Consulting or Investment Banking, with increasing responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the design and run of variable compensation plans
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrix organization
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships on a senior level to accomplish organizational goals in a multicultural environment
  • Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization
  • Advanced Analytical & Excel skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce and/or analytical tools (SQL, Tableau) is a plus
