Carry out the activities associated with the purification process of the product in the field (both the preparation of buffers and their transfer to the storage tanks as the initial purification operations). Following the current procedures described and the requirements of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations for the final product, proceeding to its filling and subsequent storage.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role.
Key responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and sterilization of tanks and transfer lines.
  • Prepare solutions (buffers) and subsequent transfer to storage tanks for use in process.
  • Prepare the equipment and materials necessary for product purification operations in the specified conditions.
  • Carry out analytical tests (conductivity, pH, protein concentration, ...).
  • Carry out the main purification operations: chromatography, tangential filtration (UFDF), filtration for virus retention, pH adjustments, depth filtrations, final filling and freezing of the product.
  • Correct documentation of all activities associated with the process, complying at all times with the
  • GMP regulatory and operating procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of improvement systems in the department in line with the Operational Excellence strategy.
  • Review the documentation applicable to the operations carried out in the department.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary client teams (IPT), as well as in work teams in Production.

Key requirements:
  • Technical training cycle of medium or higher degree (preferably technical branch) and / or experience in industrial production activities.
  • Good level of experience with office tools.
  • Good command of Written and Spoken English

Realizar las actividades asociadas al proceso de purificación del producto en campaña (tanto la preparación
de buffers y su transferencia a los tanques de almacenamiento como las operaciones de purificación inicial y final) siguiendo los procedimientos vigentes descritos y los requerimientos de la normativa GMP para
conseguir el producto final, procediendo a su llenado y posterior almacenamiento.
Principales responsabilidades:
  • Limpieza y esterilización de tanques y líneas de transferencia.
  • Preparar soluciones (buffers) y posterior transferencia a tanques de almacenamiento para su uso en proceso.
  • Preparar los equipos y materiales necesarios para las operaciones de purificación del producto en las condiciones especificadas.
  • Realizar ensayos analíticos (conductividad, pH, concentración de proteína,…).
  • Ejecutar las operaciones principales de purificación: cromatografías, filtración tangencial (UFDF), filtración para retención de virus, ajustes de pH, filtraciones en profundidad, llenado final y congelación del producto.
  • Documentación correcta de todas las actividades asociadas al proceso, cumpliendo en todo momento los procedimientos operativos y normativos GMP.
  • Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de sistemas de mejora en el departamento en línea con le estrategia de Excelencia Operacional.
  • Revisar la documentación aplicable a las operaciones desarrolladas en el departamento.
  • Participar en los equipos multidisciplinares de clientes (IPT), así como en los equipos de trabajo en Producción.

Principales requisitos:
  • Ciclo formativo técnico de grado medio o superior (preferible rama técnica) y/o experiencia en actividades de producción industrial.
  • Dominio a nivel usuario de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Dominio de Inglés hablado y escrito.
