CTS Product Marketer at FactSet Research Systems

Content &Technology Solutions (CTS) is looking for a Product Marketer who will leverage their knowledge of client workflows, product expertise, and understanding of the competitive landscape to partner with Strategists, Marketing, Sales and stakeholders across the organization on all go-to-market activities and product marketing efforts for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Go-to-market strategy is the framework that encompasses all aspects of developing, marketing, selling, and measuring success of new product launches that deliver unique value to customers and gain a competitive advantage
  • Create, align, and update the go-to-market strategies and product marketing efforts across months, quarters and years for launching and promoting CTS SBU solutions internally and externally
  • Leverage deep understanding of the products, partner with CTS SBU strategists to ensure solutions are optimally positioned in the market, considerate of competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with FactSet Marketing, coordinate plans to leverage marketing tactics focused on capturing new market share across regions, client types, and new market segments
  • Develop a framework to measure the impact of product launches, including post launch feedback loop with Sales and ongoing refinement of Sales Strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive KPI and investment driven framework, using a consistent lens across the SBU, to assess the efficacy of product launches
  • Keep stakeholders current on launch plans, key milestones and delivery dates leading up to launch day
  • Assist with the validation of pricing and packaging before and after launch
  • In partnership with Marketing Content and Documentation teams, act as a subject matter expert within the CTS SBU to create, update, and coordinate documentation and marketing assets to ensure the right mix of product collateral is available to effectively position the products and solutions of the SBU
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a library of current, consistent, and high-quality sales assets for SBU solutions in central repository such as the Underground and Kapost
  • Create presentations to effectively communicate the SBU’s holistic strategy and value propositions to stakeholders

Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Establish a framework and calendar for product education and sales enablement activities across SBU products
  • Determine best means of communicating and monitoring the effectiveness of prospecting call lists, vendor prospecting lists, post-product launch follow-ups to ensure that all of SBU Sales is engaged in utilizing said collateral
  • Sales campaign coordination and management.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience with strong performance history
  • Exceptional collaboration, organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate data and analytics through visual representations
  • Detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture
  • High level expertise, is SME with CTS SBU product

Highly Desired:
  • CFA designation or MBA preferred
  • Prior experience working with CTS SBU workflow solutions
