To provide exceptional service to exceed guests expectations at all times in a courteous and professional manner.
To set up treatment rooms in preparation for daily operations, including managing necessary stock levels.
To dress treatment rooms with linen and towels in preparation for daily operations and to redress between each guest.
To thoroughly check guest profiles, and re-check with the guest about any medical or areas of concern before commencing treatment.
To provide a courteous welcome to each guest, helping to orientate them when they enter the treatment room, explaining the treatment they are to receive.
To only perform holistic treatments that are outlined in menu, adhering directly to the SOP for each treatment.
To evaluate HW department operations and procedures and suggest improvement and concerns to the HW Manager.
To ensure that all the standards of service and best practices are strictly adhered to.
To report any feedback from guests (positive or negative) to HW Manager and HW advisors.
Record SOAP, all guest treatment results including issues that may have come up during the treatment on both guest’s profile and computer system.
Assist in the conception and development of new holistic treatments and services.
To report for duty punctually, at least 15 minutes before shift time, adhering to correct dress code and grooming standards at all times, and attend all staff briefings as required.
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times and give operational assistance in all areas of the HW department as and when required, including tidying guest service areas, serving refreshments, consulting with guests and giving treatment advice, liaising with other practitioners or professions, etc. to ensure the smooth operation of the HW department.
To remain flexible and ready to carry out other duties and responsibilities as deemed reasonable by the HW Manager.
Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy or any other Bachelor’s degree
At least 4 years experience in a client facing role for a reputable wellness operation
Excellent service knowledge in at least 2 holistic modalities.
