In collaboration with the store team, the Visual Merchandising Manager supports the operations of the store with an emphasized accountability on creating a visual experience for the customer that is inspiring, dynamic, and unique.


People & Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and train talented individuals for advancement within the organization.
  • Develop & Coach

Set clear objectives and expectations for delivering an exceptional customer experience by coaching team members on store operations, merchandise placement and standards, visual display, and business analysis.

Brand Experience

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that are efficient, engaging, and personalized. Create a compelling atmosphere for our customer through the use of merchandising and display.

Challenge and inspire the team to elevate every aspect of the brick and mortar experience as brand and Omni channel capabilities expand. Translate good ideas into actionable concepts that can be shared.

Take a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store creative marketing, merchandising, activations, and supporting store teams to drive sales and engage our customer.

Visual & Business Operations

  • Manage Operational & Visual Execution

Collaborate with store team and key partners to lead timely and effective execution in all areas of store operations and visuals while assuming accountability for the store’s performance and profitability.
  • Analyze the Business

Maximize store sales through a strong level of customer service, business and key metric analysis, and utilization of store resources.
  • Inspire Independent Thinking

Effectively delegate and guide teams while at the same time allowing others the creativity to succeed by making strategic business decisions.

Set clear objectives and expectations to drive a consistent store experience and ensure excellent operational and visual standards.
