Senior Sales Manager Consumer - Goodyear Spain
Focused on the consumer, customer service, offering the best products, mastering the complexity and competing in the segments of great value, the Senior Sales Manager manages and motivates the sales force being responsible for sales, profit and customer service. The Senior Sales Manager Consumer manages a team of three Area Sales Manager, two KAMs and a total of 20 Sales Representatives.
In collaboration with area managers, he/she analyzes sales statistics in order to optimize forecasts and set targets according to the commercial policy defined by the PBU Director (Consumer) to achieve our goals and results increasing the value of our brand.
Among the mains responsibilities:
- Ensuring the achievement in volumen, profit and share of market, he/she will stablish goals and objectives by area, developing sales plans and budgets for each of them, delimiting the territory and establishing the sales quotas by province. He/she will analyze the customer portfolio and its monthly evolution, implementing commercial tactics according to them, supervising and analyzing the sales statistics, set goals optimizing sales pressures, according to the policy and objectives set by the Director of the PBU (Consumer) to ensure the correct positioning of our brands in the market and achieve our goals.
- Calculate demand and forecast sales, track commercial strength, manage large accounts and segment customers and hierarchies, according to the objectives set by The Direction to empower new clients, develop each province and continue to grow.
- Collaborate with clients in order to be an excellent provider making Goodyear easy to buy, own and recommend.
- Determine the size and structure of the sales force. Make decisions in the incorporation of new associates, motivate the sales team promoting collaboration, agility and ensuring the delivery of results.
Educational Background:University Studies
5 - 10 years of experience in different sales roles and managing a sales team
Knowledge of key account management and business developmen
Negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
