LiveOps Controller at Glovo


Barcelona
We are looking for a passionate, detail and results oriented professional to join our LiveOps (Customer Support) department in our headquarters in Barcelona.

You will:


  • Design and build Cost Controlling reports for LiveOps

  • Create the LiveOps Business Plan for each country

  • Track, analyse and provide critical assessment of key financial and operational metrics to identify deviations and areas of improvements

  • Collaborate with other areas to improve profitability

  • Proactively propose actions to improve operational efficiencies and increase cost savings

  • Analyse invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost

  • Actively participate in selected projects to analyze their financial impact

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting required, Master’s degree is a plus

  • 2+ years of audit/Controlling Experience. A combination of national and international exposure is a plus. Preferably Big Four background

  • A strong technical knowledge of accounting and compliance issues. Knowledge of digital industry issues a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using Navision or other general ledger packages is a plus.

  • Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes multiple projects, meets all deadlines, and is dependable with a sense of personal responsibility for quality work product.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
