Your new role
  • You are the contact at Siemens Gamesa corporate level for Related Party Transactions (e.g. Siemens AG, Iberdrola) within Governance on related Policies & Procedures
  • You give guidance to the Siemens Gamesa organization regarding any Related Party Transactions topic as well as continuously increase awareness for the matter
  • You provide advice and support to stakeholders worldwide regarding questions and implementation
  • You manage the related documentation, monitoring and reporting requirements

Your qualifications
  • You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar
  • You have a minimum of three years work experience in different functions, e.g. strategy/ consulting, external/ internal audit, governance or operating businesses
  • You have an ability to cut through and synthesize complex issues and can get quickly up to speed with new processes and businesses (“fast learner”)
  • You have excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (written and spoken) as well as good knowledge of Spanish
  • You have an “eye” for presentations (sense of aesthetics, visual thinking) as well as executive style writing skills (crisp, sharp, to the point)
  • (Preferably) you have a solid knowledge of the Siemens Gamesa organization and management system
  • Flexibility to travel, as required
