We are looking for exceptionally skilled Marketing Interns to join our Kingdom!
We marketing professionals tickle millions... with our inspired strategy and creative, that is. We're constantly finding new ways to promote our games, not just to new players but to the millions of people already playing them. With everything from digital user acquisition campaigns to TV ads to interactive marketing to the occasional giant candy in our portfolio, we've got one of the highest global mobile spends of any category, let alone gaming. Below you will find the different Marketing Interns we are looking for:
Creative Analyst (Opportunities in London)
The Creative team is the bridge between Performance Marketing team and the Brand Creative Studio. We look after all creative assets for all the titles that we are supporting with marketing activity across all of our ad networks. As a team, we look after the whole creative lifecycle from briefing the assets and testing them, through to analysing the asset's performance within our campaigns. Our main goal is to find the 'best' assets that have the highest conversion rate (which means as many people as possibly clicking on the ad and downloading our game). In the Creative team, you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment, and work with talented and innovative people.
Marketing Communications & CRM (Opportunities in Barcelona)
The Marketing Communications & CRM team aims to provide a world-class experience to our players utilising creativity and analytical skills. The team is embedded within the game team, so there is an excellent creative, challenging and collaborative team environment.
We are looking for a passionate Marketer intern, willing to work on cross-functional and multi-channel marketing projects across a wide game portfolio including Bubble Witch and pet Rescue franchises. You will perform campaigns involving several marketing departments, and you will specialise in direct communication to our players with regards to in-game events, seasons promotions, new features/content.
Marketing Product (Opportunities in London)
The Product Marketing team partners with both internal and 3rd party studios as they move games from concept through prototype and into production, before preparing for a worldwide launch. This team is looking for an intern with bags of potential and a great team spirit who will help us to bring King's pipeline of new games to market through collaboration with our studios. You will have the opportunity to be a part of developing new IP, setting up the foundations for our future franchises and preparing them for launch.
You should have a great passion for games and be willing to take on new challenges to support the team. As part of the Marketing Product team, you will enjoy a collaborative environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your capacity to get things done.

Skills to create thrills

You should have an interest in games and the ability to work in a flexible and fluid environment, where the job will evolve over time.
Other skills include:
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • The ability to work well, both autonomously, and as part of a larger team
  • An active interest in social/mobile games from a commercial perspective
  • Passionate about data and applying an analytical mindset, as well as strong numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You should be pursuing, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or master's degree in a relevant subject
