He/She is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division Develop and implement procedures for effective and prompt handling of telephone calls and guest requests.
He/She will be responsible for demonstrating Hyatt values and living our purpose of “We care for people so they can be their best”.


Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
