Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish the governance model (KPIs and Control levers) for Retail

Pharmacy Management
  • Propose and agree the scope of the retail operation processes,

function, and the information that is to be recorded
  • Develop, document and publish retail operation standards, plans and

procedures
  • Conduct appropriate training to rectify any non-conformance of retail

operation process
  • Initiate internal check on retail operations and take appropriate

correctiveaction
  • Drive continuous improvement on retail operation process
  • Ensure the cross functional process integration

  • 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry with proven project

or process management experience preferably in an MNC
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills effective in both verbal

and written communications
  • Proven track record of delivering creative solutions to overcome

obstacles and enhance operation efficiency
  • Diplomatic and persuasive, able to build objective lines of

argument/rationales for actions and present viewpoints assertively.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior level management both

internally and externally to build strong relationships and achieve
alignment and execution
