Commercial Internships in Marketing / Sales in UK, Germany, Austria,Poland, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal

During your 6-12 month placement, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects in our commercial departments. No matter if you join as an intern in Marketing or in Sales - Either way, you'll be working with industry experts and world leading brands.

Your Internship could include working with:

Our Category Development teams focus on analysing strengths and opportunities in the markets in which we operate whilst also spotting upcoming trends and opportunities for us to take advantage of.

Our Category / Shopper Activation teams focus on using the marketing plans with our frontline sales team and retailers to ensure our consumers receive a great instore experience with our products.

Our Revenue Planning teams focus on working with our supply chain and frontline sales teams to identify and establish likely demand for our products, based on the upcoming marketing plans.

Our Brand Management teams focus on developing and activating brand plans that capture our consumers’ imagination, passion and loyalty Our Key Account Management teams focus on boosting our sales numbers and delivering added value to our partners and clients


Northern Europe: Uxbridge (UK)
Central Europe: Vienna (Austria), Bremen (Germany), Warsaw (Poland)
Western Europe: Clamart (France), Mechelen (Belgium), Oosterhout (The
Southern Europe: Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), Lisbon (Portugal)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, ready for new challenging
experiences, eager to develop, whilst creating moments of joy.

  • Student/recent graduate of Business Studies or similar, ideally with focus on Marketing/Sales
  • First practical experience in Marketing/Sales, ideally in FMCG
  • Proficient in MS office, especially skilled with Excel and Power Point tools
  • Fluency (spoken and written) English, other language requirements depend on the position and location
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to manage complexity and prioritize multiple and diverse projects
  • Proactive working style and ability to work with a good level of autonomy
  • Fast learner with high degree of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm
