Key accountabilities

  • Curator of the digital content for Foods DACH
  • Develop and execute creative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across social media and our ecommerce channels with the goal to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Develop the Social Media Strategy across the relevant social channels
  • Establish and maintain an editorial calendar, content roadmap and associated Workflows
  • Lead and collaborate on the digital content creation for acquisition and ensure digital assets and production principles are defined and adhered to across agencies and influencers. Develop compelling content for our community. Continuously implement design and content changes to boost conversions
  • Collaborate internally and with external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with marketing and ecommerce function to ensure deliverables are being executed on and best practices and learnings are shared across various teams.
  • Produce and post written content for website, email campaigns and social media
  • Align content with organizational goals and develop strategic content to guide prospects across each stage of the conversion funnel
  • Build and analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure performance of marketing programs and across the customer lifecycle focusing on SEO and customer acquisition Goals

Professional skills & key competencies

  • Experience in managing & communicating digital content incl. strategic thinking as well as production of content with agencies and/or internal creative Departments
  • Good understanding of Consumer Journey mapping and Consumer
  • Experience management, activating reach/ engagement opportunities and driving conversion across key touch-points
  • Ideally, you should be a Food Blogger. At least you should be a Foodie – with a passion for Food Content
  • Good knowledge and experience in social media and SEO requirements/optimization
  • Be consumer-centric: be able to intuitively understand and relate to what consumers need, distil data to get to insights that resonate with consumers
  • Be a curious connector: be able to connect the dots across people, projects and partners, creating new opportunities for innovative collaboration that enables successful activation of digital brand strategies
  • Be a doer, not just a thinker- with a bias for action, converting strategies into actions and flowless executions
  • Have an Entrepreneurial mind-set - challenging the status -quo, asking probing ‘why’ questions, coming up with new routes to success, a self-starter
  • Be a Lifelong learner: be keen to test, explore, experiment, iterate, fail and succeed
  • Experienced in photoshop
  • High level of communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders in German and English
