Service Development Project Manager @ Autodesk
You will join the Outcome Engineering Practice within the Customer Success Organization (CSO). CSO has a relentless focus on earning Customer loyalty. Loyalty starts when our Customers are achieving their desired business outcomes.
As a Service Development Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the successful development of a portfolio of Standardized Services and Technical Content – designed to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. This means working with key stakeholders across the Customer Success Organization, from technical resources, marketing and readiness teams to ensure we can successfully launch and deliver the Services and Content that’s been developed.

Responsibilities

Develop strong stakeholder and contributor relationships and maintain effective communication channels
Apply experience to identify appropriate PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking the completion of milestones
Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigation
Keep executive sponsors informed via status presentations as well as appropriate escalations
Manage through others; successfully influence cross-functional team members to achieve project goals
Support team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships
Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances
Ability to self-manage and proactively organize and plan project activities and dependencies to achieve success

Minimum Qualifications

PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (or desire to earn either Certification)
2 year of relevant experience managing projects or programs
Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business and technical
Ability to travel 20% of time depending on assigned projects and project requirements
This role is based in our Barcelona office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent English is a must
Experience of working in a customer success, consulting or support environment
Experience of managing projects using Agile methodologies
Experience of managing projects using SmartSheet
Working knowledge of Gainsight and Salesforce would be preferable.
Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plus
Ability to execute and manage performance and expectations within a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Excellent presentation skills and experience of speaking in front of groups
