FactSet is currently seeking a Collection Specialist to join our finance department at our office in Hyderabad, India.
  • Review and process Daily Bank Statements.
  • Contact delinquent clients by email & phone.
  • Communicate & Assist sales in resolving client billing issues.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Analysis of client accounts & aging report.

Required Skills:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Data entry skills
  • Previous billing & collection experience
  • Ability to multi task and reason beyond the scope of normal daily routine
  • Willingness and ability to work independently and remotely from manager
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • BA or BS
