Corporate Support Services is looking to add a full-time Production Director to our talented team of engineers and support staff. If you are highly motivated, detail attentive, solution oriented Production Manager or Specialist, this could be a great fit for you. In this role you will design, purchase, implement, manage staff and have ultimate technical, scheduling and live production responsibilities over a high-end corporate, live video production operation.
Your primary services will be provided for internal executive town-halls and premier corporate events globally at FactSet. Responsibilities may graduate over time to technical oversight of digital signage and video over IP distribution to global offices, basic post production processing, and management of external facing events. The hub for video production will be at our new headquarters in Norwalk, CT with distributed live production abilities in remote locations globally. *Occasional travel will be required and off-hours supporting events where C-level employees are in global offices*

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in film, television production or live streaming
  • 3+ years of experience in production management/technical engineering and support for film, television, or digital video content
  • Intimate technical ability to configure, troubleshoot and maintain all audio, video, lighting equipment and software
  • Ability to work with and interface with executive staff
  • Experience documenting, training, and leading colleagues/employees/contractors
  • Project management and scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with NewTek and Black Magic product lines or similar
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, MacOS
  • Basic networking experience – wired, wireless, LAN, WAN
  • Familiarity in Adobe or similar editing software for basic post production needs

Physical demands of the position include;

  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to global office locations for premier events and staff training
