In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide daily support and administrative tasks for the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) organization.

You are responsible for

  • Understanding the data structure of the current CRM ( and other available data sources
  • Building reports and dashboards for various internal stakeholders
  • Planning and executing ad-hoc data analytics assignments
  • Supporting processes related to revenue analysis, including data preparation, quality control, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis
  • Creating detailed financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
  • Creating ad hoc, value-add analysis for sales leadership
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

You are a part of

Philips IGT-D Commercial Operations based in Alpharetta, GA.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
  • 3+ years of CRM ( experience preferred
  • 3+ years with financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience interfacing with sales commission calculations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, expertise in building complex decision support models
  • Requires exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt to change and have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with a variety of colleagues at varying levels of authority
