We are currently looking for a high-performing Upgrade Sales Engineer, Deck Machinery to secure we meet our sales targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.In this role, you will have global sales responsibility of product upgrade projects for customers within deck machinery systems. This role will be based in Rauma, Finland.
  • Manage product sales and marketing towards global customers in alignment with agreed targets
  • Create and maintain customer relations in cooperation with global sales network
  • Create interest for the products and generate sales through a proactive and structured sales activity
  • Participate in developing optimal system solutions for various applications in cooperation with our technical departments and the customers
  • Responsibility / participation in development and implementation of the marketing strategy

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or equal
  • Experience in customer negotiations, sales/marketing or technical experience from the maritime industry is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused thinking
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Readiness to travel
