HR Customer Management Advisor Swedish
The Operations Business Unit is delivering HR & payroll outsourcing (HRO) and technical maintenance services to clients in line with the Statement of Services and the agreed services levels. Working at HRO, the HR Customer Management Advisor will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from employees, retirees or customer HR representatives regarding HR administrative processes (Payroll, HR Administration, Time attendances, Organizational management).
This position is located in Granada, Spain.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
  • Handles and tracks incoming calls and e-mails
  • Handles/Creates tickets in our HR Information System
  • Has daily interactions with other departments and clients by phone and e-mail
  • Escalates requests to appropriate teams
  • Performs Fast Data Entry
  • Builds up and maintains a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients
  • Analyses and solves HR questions (policies, procedures, collective agreements)
  • Analyses and solves HR system questions (WFA, Time, Org.Mgmt, Payroll)
  • Provides HRIS Navigation Support, analyses and solves questions * Maintains documentation
  • User Access Management
  • Performs ad hoc and recurring reporting
  • Creates certificates and contract addenda
  • Archives Documents in Employee Files

  • Degree in HR policies and processes is a plus, but not a must
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

Personal skills:
  • Interest in HR and/or Administrative Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department
  • Be a good analyzer and problem solver
