Job Description:Understand market trends and competitive opportunity. Identify customer segments that need to be targeted. Collect and organize all customer data.
Translate the Voice of Customer to specific needs, work plan of action along with Sales, marketing and business development team.
Work closely with product engineering team to develop new products and changes of exiting specification as needed.
Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance, manage complete product lifecycle.
Negotiation and defining the cost of the products/solutions to work out the competitive pricing for the range.
Prepare the technical specification, product drawings and details for creating the best of the communication, catalogues and brochures.
Planning and identifying the best locations to create product displays across the market.
Monitor the business and revenue generated across the customer segments of the organisation and take actions in conjunction with business heads for further enhancement of business.
Plan and Drive the marketing activities across the channel for existing & new product launches.
Training of the internal and external team on the new products or the existing products at regular intervals as per the need.
Preparations of the reports and dashboards for the regular reviews with Management.
Requirement:Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data/metrics using MS Excel
Customer centric with an appreciation to understand customer behavior.
Excellent Presentation skills using PowerPoints and other tools.
Take complete ownership and responsibility for "Idea to Execution".
Ready to travel extensively.
B.E. or B.tech in Mechanical/Civil or others with MBA marketing.
Experience - 2 to 3 years post PG.
From Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
