Job Title: Transactional client services manager

Location: Pune

Grade: AVP
We are looking for a high quality candidate to join the IB MO function. The role requires someone with extensive business knowledge, analytical and relationship skills, strategic mindset and programme management discipline to help drive the build-out of the function as well as support the broader department and organisation objectives.
This is a challenging role requiring the successful individual to partner, coordinate and drives progress across global teams and different business areas as well as partner closely with key stakeholders and colleagues around the firm. This also presents an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation and business area and play an active part in driving the long-term development of the function in an area that is key to the future success of the financial services sector and at the heart of industry development and regulatory focus.

Your Role

oStrong communication skills and ability to forge relationships with clients, Front Office and various internal Ops teams including Trade Capture, Trading Assistants, Pre & Post Settlements, Asset Servicing, KYC and Client Data to resolve and respond to queries.
oPerform EOD controls reporting global handover reports of outstanding trade exceptions to global stakeholders
oMonitor and manage exceptions for trade flow / trade representation for daily trading activity.
oTo operate as the point of contact for both internal and external client queries and liaise with various business areas and front-to-end support teams to seek resolution.
oCollaborate with global counterparts and different stakeholders to drive opportunities for process development and improvements.
Essential Skills
oDegree educated or equivalent qualification
oRelevant banking experience (Middle Office, preferably in FX and Rates)
oStrong understanding of the end-to-end process flows and the control points along the process chain
oClient service experience – understand the needs of clients and how to manage client expectations.
oStrong people management skills, leading by example and having the respect and support of the team and peers alike.
oAwareness and understanding of Regulation Changes
oStrong analytical skills and attention to detail and Excellent focus on risk and control
oProactive approach to problem solving and process improvement. Self starter/Self motivator with the ability to organise and work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable Skills

oConfident and professional, Enthusiastic and keen to learn with a strong work ethic
oProficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, Microsoft office proficient with VBA and macro knowledge desirable
oProficient in Microsoft Office products
oGood verbal and written communication skills
oAble to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines with a good sense of urgency and accountability
